An expert once did a study: for every 0.5 ton increase in bucket weight, the cycle time increases by 10%, and the annual gross profit will decrease by 15%. In fact, under normal circumstances, the standard buckets provided by the manufacturer are all reasonably structured and designed, and they are fully qualified for general working conditions. Excavator HD bucket should also be checked daily
In the daily maintenance work of the excavator, if you can check the fuel, lubricating oil, water and air every day, you can reduce the machine failure by 70%.
