①Because the working conditions of the excavator breaker are very bad, each time you use it, you should first check whether the high-pressure or low-pressure tubing of the breaker is loose; at the same time, for the sake of caution, you should always check for oil leakage in other places to avoid the tubing caused by vibration Falling off, causing a malfunction.

②During excavator breaker operation, the drill rod should always be kept perpendicular to the surface of the object to be broken. And make the drill rod tightly press the broken object, and stop the work of the breaker immediately after breaking to prevent runaway. Continuous aimless impact will cause damage to the precursor of the excavator breaker and loose bolts of the main body, which can damage the host itself in severe cases.　　

③Gradually move the impact point from the edge to the inside. Don't try to crush a larger block at one time. If it cannot be broken within 30 seconds, it should be broken in stages. The impact distance of each crushing is too large, and it is difficult to achieve good results. If the working time exceeds 30 seconds, it may cause mechanical damage.

④The excavator breaker should maintain 90 degrees to the surface of the crushed object, that is, it is perpendicular to the surface of the crushed object, and keep it as long as possible. If the angle of the crusher is inclined, the crushing head will slide off the surface of the crushed object, which will cause the crusher to suffer The force acting on the drill rod causes faster wear or breakage, and even damages the piston. In addition, please select an appropriate strike point before striking, and confirm that the drill rod is indeed stable, and then start the work strike.

⑤When the broken object is a large hard object (stone), please choose to crush from the edge, no matter how big or hard the stone is, it is usually more feasible to strike from the edge, and the same fixed point continuous strike When it fails to break for more than one minute. Please change the selected point of strike and try again.
