12. The gap between the shank of the drill rod and the guide sleeve of the cylinder must be lubricated with calcium-based grease or complex calcium-based grease, and it must be filled once per shift.

13. When the hydraulic breaker is working, the chisel rod must be pressed against the rock first, and a certain pressure must be maintained before the breaker is started.

14. The excavator jack hammer cannot be used as a crowbar, as there is a risk of breaking the drill rod.

15. Breaking hammers and fiber rods should be perpendicular to the working surface when in use, and try not to generate radial force.

16. When the object to be crushed has cracked or started to crack, the impact of the crusher should be stopped immediately to avoid harmful “empty strike”.

17. Storing the excavator jack hammer: If it is stored for a long time, it is necessary to exhaust the nitrogen and seal the oil inlet and outlet. Note, do not store at high temperature and in an environment below -20 degrees.
