Vibration piling and pulling machine is used to generate high-frequency vibration by high-speed operation of the exciter, which transmits the vertical vibration generated by the machine to the pile body, causes the soil structure around the pile body to liquefy due to vibration, reduces the friction resistance between the surface of the pile body and the soil, and thus sinks the pile into the soil. When the pile is pulled out, the upper arm or small arm of the excavator is lifted and the pile is pulled up. The exciting force required for piling machines is based on the geology of the construction site, the water content and the type of pile. Therefore, Sanchang adopts modularization in the design of vibration exciter, which adapts to different geological conditions for pile driving and pulling. Customers can change eccentric plates according to the construction site to obtain the best working efficiency.
It is mainly fit for driving and extracting sheet piles, L-steel piles, Cement square pile,cylinder pile, larsen piles in various shapes. This pile driving method is the most suitable for working in sand and poorer effect in the clay which must select higher power model machines.
