In the excavator industry, buckets can be said to be an indispensable product, but there are many types of buckets, so how to choose may also be a problem. Today, I will use backhoe rock bucket and general purpose bucket to illustrate.
Before deciding on the choice of bucket, we first understand the difference between backhoe rock bucket and general purpose bucket:
Generally speaking, the backhoe rock bucket is deep and narrow; the earthwork opening is wide and shallow.
Distinguish from the appearance: the same model, the small bucket is a rock bucket, because the stone has great resistance, the big bucket is mostly an earthwork bucket.
Standard bucket
1. Product introduction: standard plate thickness, domestic high-quality bucket tooth seat.
2. Applicable environment: general clay excavation and sand, soil, gravel loading and other light industrial environments.
Reinforced bucket, backhoe rock bucket
1. Product introduction: reinforced reinforcement plate at the bottom; side guard plate added; protective plate installed; bucket teeth are specially designed for rock. Therefore, it has strong wear resistance and bending resistance.
2. Applicable environment: heavy working environment such as loading of hard rock and blasted ore.
The material of Q345 is suitable for standard buckets, such as standard buckets, which only work in light industry.
The material of the strengthening bucket is manganese plate, domestic wear-resistant plate, high-strength wear-resistant plate, and reinforcement plate is added at the bottom. The protective plate is installed, which has strong wear resistance and bending resistance.
The workmanship of the rock bucket is more researched.
Therefore, some excavator masters must choose the bucket correctly according to the working environment, otherwise, the service life of the bucket will be greatly reduced while the efficiency cannot keep up.
Many customers come to Huitong to ask, I have an excavator, what kind of bucket should I choose?
For example, SWE210, when digging hard rocks, I thought about how good it would be to have a backhoe rock bucket. When the excavator is lightly loaded, I want to change to an earthmoving bucket (higher efficiency).
