10. The hydraulic hose joint is flanged and fastened with hexagon socket head cap screws M10, using suitable tools and proper tightening force 49N*M. Before tightening, make sure the O-ring is intact and placed correctly.
11. The excavator long boom and arm adopts a centralized filling method. There is a centralized filling block at the boom seat, and the lubricating grease is directly added to the centralized filling block. It is best to overflow the lubricating grease at the filled place.
12. After the installation of the extended arm is completed, a no-load test run is required. The no-load test run is carried out according to the method required by the excavator manufacturer. When running, pay attention to whether there is any jamming, whether there is any looseness in the fastening parts, and whether the hydraulic oil circuit is normal.
