Excavator Grapple also called plum grapples, grasping forceps , hydraulic claws , grasping steel device , grasping steel machine with four claws, Ipomoea , six claws, octopus , each claw circumference evenly distributed , each claw distribution shape such as plum , hence the name "Plum grab ."
Excavator gripper fork have two parts, left and right sides , respectively, two to five claws or even more, by working on both sides of the opening and closing to grab material , shaped like a " fork ", as named " Fork excavator gripper . "
Fork excavator grab is also divided into mechanical and hydraulic gripper two kinds , mechanical gripper fork itself has not hydraulic cylinders, are mechanical structures , so called mechanical gripper .
Hydraulic excavator with a hydraulic cylinder gripper, itself driven by function is also divided into rotary and non- rotary , rotary gripper imported excavator hydraulic motor rotary device that can achieve 360-degree barrier arbitrary rotation .

1. Material:
1) Entire jaw structure is manufactured of quenched and tempered Q690 High Strength alloy steel, 130,000-psi min. yield 360-440BHN.
2) The tine tips are 175,000-psi min. yield 450-550 BHN. Chromium plating.

1) Motor drive adopts the design of symmetrical double support,strong shcok resistance, avoiding axle breakage and oil leakage.
2) Pedestal adopts sealed type design, better protect the rotary drive.

Ce certifiPCion is for one product, not the whole factory, and we have way too many product lines to registered CE for, but our customers from Europe said it's easy to solve the CE problem. And we are working on the CE certifiPCions registration process, in order to save our customers' time in the furture.
