Production Description

HT Custom Mechanical Orange Peel Grapple is manufactured for customers who need a reliable attachment for scrap handling, stone collection, recycling and industrial material loading. Different machines and working conditions require different gripping dimensions, claw arrangements and mounting connections, so customized configurations are available to meet specific operating requirements.

The grapple body uses Q355B steel, a commonly used structural steel for heavy duty machinery components. Customers can choose a four claw or five claw configuration, with claw spacing and overall dimensions adjusted according to the application. Suitable configurations can be developed for excavators and material handling machines in the 3 to 50 ton range, subject to technical confirmation.

Wear resistant materials can be used in high contact areas to help extend service life. Hydraulic cylinders, protective steel covers and guarded oil hoses are incorporated into the design to support dependable operation in demanding environments.
