The ability to sway the crankshaft without decompression indicates that the cylinder is leaking seriously. In addition, when the diesel engine is running, if the cylinder leaks, the leaking sound can be heard at the oil filler port, and there will be smoke coming out here,
If the air leakage is not serious, inject a small amount of engine oil into the cylinder in the injector hole, the sound of air leakage will be significantly reduced, and the compression force will be significantly improved. If the cylinder compression force of a diesel engine is insufficient and the symptoms meet the above characteristics, it can be judged that the piston is leaking.
Insufficient elastic force of the piston ring, piston ring alignment, excessive opening or side clearance of the piston ring, excessive wear of the piston ring or cylinder liner, etc. will cause the piston to leak. After finding out the cause, take corresponding measures, including replacing damaged or unqualified parts, reinstalling and debugging the excavator hydraulic breaker hammer, etc.
